For kitchens, markets, and high-load sites. Best for uptime, cleanliness, and energy control.

How scheduling works

  • We start with a simple walkthrough (or phone intake) to get your equipment count and priorities.
  • We recommend the right tier (Quarterly / Bi-annual / Annual) for your load and environment.
  • You’ll receive a site-specific quote that outlines included labor, member rate, and PM scope.
  • Once approved, we set the first visit and add you to priority scheduling.

Plan FAQs

Do all plans waive the diagnostic fee on repairs?

Yes. Members never pay a separate diagnostic fee on repair calls. Parts are billed separately. Labor beyond the included hours is billed at the member rate.

How do you handle sites with many pieces of equipment?

We inventory the equipment during onboarding and tailor the PM scope and visit length. The tier determines frequency and included labor; pricing is based on your actual equipment count.

Can I change tiers later?

Yes. We can adjust frequency if your load or operations change (for example, moving from bi-annual to quarterly for a busy kitchen).

Is DaVinci Portal really included?

Yes. Every plan includes QR labels and full access to the Portal for service history, photos, notes, and scheduling.
