I had been told my two 38 year old AC Units had hit end of life, and needed replacement. I was not in disagreement with them but did not trust them.

Tom came in with the 1st intention of getting AC operating decently regardless of its age,

To my surprise he got them working great.

His 2nd intention since I want new higher efficiency HVAC is to perform a thorough, scientific HVAC home survey, using state of the art tools, and software. After the results are in. He will then suggest an HVAC system that meets the homes needs, it won’t be a guess, suggestion is based on real data.

With AC now working great he says there is no rush, he will now do the HVAC survey and suggest the correct units and other work needed based on science not a guess.

I would definitely use Davinci Mechanical again. Initially, I was a bit worried since I hired them through Thumbtack, especially after three other large companies not only failed to diagnose the problem but wanted to tear up and fix items that were not relevant to the issue. Davinci Mechanical came out and pinpointed the issue with a series of test and explanations. I highly recommend them not just for big jobs, but also for small ones. Small jobs are crucial because if they are done poorly, they can lead to bigger issues down the line. Attention to detail and expertise make them a top choice for me.

Additionally, their service fee is very nominal compared to the quality of work they provide. Unlike other plumbing companies that don't charge a service fee but end up charging higher prices for the work, I would rather pay Davinci Mechanical's service fee and get it done right the first time. This approach ultimately saves me money in the long run.
